SANDEEP SHAH (F.C.A.) is a qualified Chartered Accountant from May 1983 batch. Mr. Sandeep Shah is a practicing since last 35 years. He joined J.M.Shah & Co. as a partner in 1984. He became a proprietor of M/s. J. M. Shah & Co. in 1985 and carried on that practice till March 2011 and joined Shah Baxi & Associates as a Partner in April 2011. His experience includes Income Tax work, Goods and Service Tax, Sales Tax /VAT, Excise/Service Tax. and Audits of Corporate and Non- Corporate clients. His expertise includes Direct Taxation, Financial Analysis and Project Financing.

PREMAL BAXI (F.C.A.) is a qualified Chartered Accountant from May 2006 batch carries with him vast experience in retail credit with expertise in MIS. He has been into practice since December 2010 and has joined Shah Baxi & Associates as a Partner in April 2011. Prior to Practice he had worked as a credit underwriter for bank and NBFC for secured and unsecured products. He also has headed a BPO division of a multi locational CA firm for Mumbai and Pune. He has experience of handling risk detection and investigation, credit audit, non starter audit, collection audit, PFI, and seeding & mystery shopping activities, Income Tax Work, Goods and Service Tax, Sales Tax/VAT/Service Tax and Audits of Corporates and Non-Corporate clients. His expertise includes Goods and Service Tax and Tax Audits.
